Citizens 4 Strasburg, or “C4S”, is not a political action committee. It is a non-profit, non-partisan collective of civic-minded individuals, who wish to promote the well-planned growth of their town, Strasburg, Virginia, in a manner that will preserve its unique and historic character.

C4S is not collectively affiliated with, or endorsed by, any governmental body or agency, though some individuals participating in its collective activities may be.

Though C4S may collectively endorse candidates for political offices whom it believes share and will promote its goals, it will not collectively make any monetary contributions to any candidates, nor will it collectively attempt to restrict the rights of any individuals to endorse or make contributions to any candidates.
